Thanks, I realize that Babylon II comes very close, but it doesn’t have the backing synthesizer track like this one does, which to me makes the song so much better. I guess I’m looking for the specific studio version made specifically for this video, whichever that may be. I used to listen to Virgin Radio back in the day, and they also played this modified version.

it’s available on the u.s. release of white ladder. it’s “babylon II” cheers.

Where can I buy this specific song? It’s not the original Babylon, nor is it Babylon II. I’m looking for this one which has the synthesizer backing track. Please help! :(

Oh, yes… Of course! I’ve probably heard that lyric dozens of times!

GoodApolloImSteve March 13, 2010 at 10:17 pm

A lyric that’s very close to this lyric is in a song written by Paul McCartney in 1969, “If you want it, here it is, come and get it.”

I love this song. One of the best lyrics ever ‘If you want it, come and get it.’

2:48 LOL :P

I can understand his lyrics- he doesn’t sound like he’s got a bunch of marbles under his tongue like your boy Bob. What was Dylan’s appeal, anyway? I have often heard that he was the Springsteen of the 60′s, but I still don’t get the Boss’ appeal, either.

top song ;)

zcrosby March 14, 2010 at 1:08 am

amazing. they used to play it at my work all the time but I was always too occupied with the grind to really hear it.

now it’s on a whole new level. that’s all we gotta do; let go of our hearts, head, and just feel.

spishack12 March 14, 2010 at 1:43 am

For some reason this vid always freezes up at 0:54 for me : ( (

One of the worst performers all-time: Bob Dylan rip-off, if you don’t agree, I’ll tie you up and force you to listen to this crap in the store day after day, his other song “Not Easy Being Me”, with that high pitch shrill voice, what a sissy boy.

andyinoregon March 14, 2010 at 3:11 am

Give it up for Clune. One of the most visually entertaining drummers out there.
