How can i tell if the spark plug on my 1990 Yamaha RT dirtbike is fouled?

remove the plug
hook wire back up
hold the rubber grommet with Rubber handled pliers
hit start and watch for a blue spark off the tip
if it’s a two stroke, just replace the plug.
a two stroke needs to be run like it’s stolen
make sure your not dumping too much oil
through it.
you will have no power on the bottom end, and when you pull the plug out, it will be wet and black.
it should still start up though.
you can take off the boot wire which covers it and unscrew it if it is soaked in oil or gas it is probably fowled and you might need to get a new plug at an auto parts or powersports dealer
